Fabulous studio in the heart of Rome! Great instruction - individual or small group! I have never done Pilates. I found Rita’s classes to be a perfect blend of yoga and ballet, with strength and stretch.really fun mix. & Rita is very attentive. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I. Am. Hooked!

In the heart of Rome, an excellent, welcoming and bright Pilates centre. The teachers are very professional and offer multiple types of lessons to meet the different needs of customers. We offer group lessons on the reformer and mat tower, but also personal lessons for the most demanding clients or to follow programs necessary for specific pathologies. All lessons stand out for their good pace and variety as well as for their seriousness and competence.

Excellent - 5 stars are not enough! In the heart of Rome, a small space to think about you and your well-being. Enter through a small green door, enjoy the smell of the flowers blooming in spring and the jasmine climbing the walls... here two fantastic, kind and highly trained teachers will welcome you! Excellent equipment for both Mat and Ref! Since I started pilates with them 4 years ago my life has changed... and now I can't do without it anymore! Super recommended!!! PS. For those with a car: multi-level parking (Parking Via Giulia) less than 300 meters away!
