The teaching in Centro Zen Anshin preserves the character of the traditional japanese Soto Zen and is a place where one can learn to practice zazen inside but also outside the zendo with the guidance and loving presence of two amazing teachers, Annamaria Gyoetsu Epifanìa and Guglielmo Doryu Cappelli. It is definitely worth joining one of its monthly retreats!

I had the pleasure of entering this Buddhist temple for a study project. The two monks who look after the structure were courteous, kind and helpful. They allowed me to discover a different world inside Rome and remain fascinated by what Buddhism is. I believe that for a person who has faith in Buddhism (of the Soto type) this can be a unique center. Furthermore, the center has extremely interesting affiliated activities: dance courses and a holiday home.

The Anshin Zen Center is a place of peace and harmony where you can practice meditation and Tai-chi with two splendid Zen masters. The space of the temple, harmoniously organized and full of evocative images, leads us to serenity. In the center there is also an extraordinary Bed and Breakfast located in a splendid Zen garden. The food offered by the Masters is varied and natural. Spending nights in this place is truly magical!!!
