Ashtanga, Dharma and Vinyasa Yoga are strong physical practices, Ashtanga consists of a series of Yoga Poses executed without stopping and accompanied by Vinyasa or riding the breath in order to flow from one pose to another. All these styles are vigorous exercises that will challenge you physically and mentally in order to help you connect to your inner powers. Poses are done at a regular intense pace, and held for a few steady breaths. These practices will increase your physical endurance and ability to focus on any task for a long time without breaking your concentration.
