For the past three days with backpain, worsening day by day survive with help of painkiller. Finally today i am relieved, muscle been released, perfect touch by physiotherapist Nanthini Palan. Thank you so much and i can be myself again..

My Physiotherapist Ong Lip Qin has done an extraordinary job in aiding my recovery from PatelloFemoral Joint Syndrome two years ago (which I contracted from kungfu training). He has continued to oversee my mobility as I progress on to other sports, treating a weak back from swimathon training. I have recommended him to dozens, and those who have seen him through my reference have had encouraging results. The Pilates equipment at the center adds a world of benefit in strengthening and stretching my body. I can't be more thankful for being introduced to Pilatique and its amazingly passionate staff.

Unfortunately the staff here is very unreliable and does not keep scheduled appointments. Three days in a row i have made appointments and showed up to an empty studio or got a last minute text that the trainer can not make it. Very inconsiderate of other people's time. **** update. This studio made-up for all of the past sessions and set me up with a really great trainer that outshined my prior experience. Yap is an amazing trainer and I highly recommend him.

Lack customer service. I inquired about your session, but since then, no response at all. How fortunate I did not go for them

Today I took my first online Stott Pilates workshop “Matwork Strength & Mobility”, taught by Instructor Trainer Yvonne Liew, and I really enjoyed it. Yvonne is knowledgeable, professional and a very kind teacher! She demonstrated and explained the exercises in detail very clearly, made sure the participants were engaged doing the exercises properly, and she attentively answered all our questions. It was a great online workshop. Than you Yvonne!!?? I look forward to doing more workshops with you!

I have been with Pilatique for 4 years now. I have enjoyed my workouts thorough. I would like to thank Melissa, my mentor, and my instructors WunSin and Crystal for their dedication, effort and hard work. I had a rather bad experience with Pilatique studio. I want to book 1-1 sessions with a certified instructor, and they said they have a freelance instructor so it took them several days and they were still not able to get in touch with the instructor to book in a time. Also, they require a letter from my Ob before I can attend a pilate session or prenatal classes. I highly doubt their in depth understanding of pilates practices or the qualification of the instructor if they think prenatal pilates can be dangerous to pregnant women they need a doctor clearance before starting.

My Pilates instructor Shifaq is great!! I love doing Pilates now. She is knowledgeable, caring and encorage me to do my best!!,i feel that my flexibility and strenght have improved so much only in 3 weeks doing Pilates, of course i couldnt have done it without her.Thank you Shifaq!

Miracle! My left leg is functional now after a few tapes on my leg and some 30mins exercises. Had a knee injury just this morning after a jog and doctor wasn’t helping at all. Im feeling so grateful now. Thanks Nanthini ???

Always looking forward to my next class at Pilates Pilatique .... as a coach, many a times i also need to have someone spot me and Ms Shifaq and Ms.Yvonne have been awesome in guiding me along the way. Love their enthusiasm and passion for teaching their trade. Their background as physiotherapists further strengthens their understanding on how to help clients .... thanks guys ??
