We offer an extensive list of equipment including 4 Reformers, a Cadillac, a Ladder Barrel, a Stability Chair, a Spine Corrector, Fitness Circles and weighted balls to provide the most beneficial workout for your individual needs. Catering to all levels of fitness, Mat classes offer program enhancers such as flex-bands and gym balls to vary the intensity of the exercises. The studio has shower and changing room facilities, lockers and a small pantry with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. Founded in Toronto Canada 1988 by Moira and Lindsay Merrithew, STOTT PILATESâ„¢ repertoire consists of more than 500 systematic mat and equipment-based exercises. They include unique preparatory, essential, intermediate and advanced level workouts as well as balanced exercise sequences and modifications to address special needs.
