Hot Yoga Malta

Very nice place with dedicated teachers! I highly recommend if you are looking for a yoga studio. It is the best place by far!

Dear All! Ritiannes Hot Yoga Studio in Sliema is a nice, clean and clear studio - no (esoteric) kitsch at all - which I really want to recommend. Ritianne - who runs the place - welcomes everybody warmheartedly and her encouraging smile takes every fear, when you enter a new and unknown place. I had for many many years strong pains from toes to teeth. So I was a regular client in pain centres. For so long I felt so much pain after my yoga and gymnastic practices that I was so frustrated and finally I gave it up. Then first of all I changed my life style. Life and love became more important than work, career and status. And then I began Hot and Bikram Yoga. Unbelievable! No pains anymore after my classes! The more I practice the better and stronger I get. And this with nearly 50 years! But I have to practice at least twice a week. For my 2 months stay on Malta I was really happy to have found the HotYogaMalta. So Ritianne is a very good teacher I can tell you! She sees something before I get aware of that something is aching in MY body. She then tells me: And Sti … this time you don’t do that posture in this way but in a modified way to keep aware of your knee (or something like that!). So she is really strong in teaching and in body language reading! I thank GOD, that I could attend her classes for 2 months! I really progressed enormously and I love my „getting older and older“ body (and me) during the postures so much. It is really a thrill!
