Balazs apart from being an exceptional Yoga Teacher, he is also a Life Coach you can count on. My relation to him is not limited to the practice of Yoga and Meditation but has been a life changing experience. I would suggest him to anyone who needs a friend, that can help him become a better human being, through the practice of Yoga and Meditation.

Very relaxing abd enjoyable experience. Balazs is very kind and welcoming. It is great to meet new people in the groups also. Everyone is there for the same reason and none judgemental. It is wonderful to join and guide others on your journey ?

I attended Balazs’s nutrition workshop and it was absolutely brilliant. I’m already vegan (and relatively healthy!) so I didn’t think I would learn THAT much - but I was wrong! Excellent, inspiring presentations that take you through the logic and benefits of a plant based diet, interspersed with juices, smoothies, snacks and a delicious meal! I was so impressed, I’ve encouraged my husband to attend himself rather than just share my notes ? thank you Balazs and Karin!

The Reiki course was a very special experience. Balazs is a mine of information and a generous teacher. The small group meant it was intimate and there was lots of space for dialogue and questions. If anyone is curious about Reiki, I would highly recommend Balazs. He also takes a totally holistic approach which includes looking at diet and lifestyle.

Totally blown away by Balazs. His aura is amazing. I had a Reiki session in my own home. He was super well prepared and thought of everything to the slightest details. I was mesmerised by his in-dept knowledge about Reiki as well as spirituality. The session itself is something that is so hard to describe with words and is just something that needs to be experienced and which I totally recommend. Thank you Balazs Heller.
