Equilibrium Healing Resort

This is one of the most beautiful places I have been in quite some time and the experience was fantastic. The accommodations are superb, the cleanest, most well kept facilities, comfortable beds and living quarters and THE FOOD, unbelievable! My time there was relaxing and so re-energizing. I absolutely loved the yoga but also the time we spent talking about connecting better with ourselves and living better lives. The staff are amazing and were responsive to my every need. I always felt safe and cannot wait to go back. To anyone considering this I would highly recommend them! So rarely do people take the time to step away, unplug and focus on taking care of themselves, do this for you! You will truly find equilibrium and healing here!

I had the most amazing experience at Equilibrium Resort. When I landed at the airport I had no idea where I was going, all I knew is I was going to the jungle.I met Sergio the sales director at the airport, he greeted me with a warm smile and I just knew from there the trip was going to be great. Once you enter equilibrium your soul feels renewed. You’re in the middle of the jungle, disconnected to the internet, and one with nature. The food is AMAZING, chef Clare makes the most precious dishes. All organic and vegetarian, all fives senses were heightened with her dishes. Her desserts are euphoric, especially her chocolate mouse made from avocados and cacao beans. Maria Abad the yoga instructor is one the best masters. She’s is extremely KNOWLEGABLE about all kinds of yoga. We did mediation’s, learned about yin and yang yoga, did all kinds of yoga practices and most importantly she taught us how to breathe properly. I got a thai massage by Maria, her hands are magical. Her massages are better than a Thai massage in Thailand. I also got a massage by Gabriella, she’s a chinesee medice doctor. She’s a TRUE healer. I had a lot of pain in a few pressure points and she told me I need to detox my large intestine. This place is truly magical, the staff is friendly, the food is unforgettable, the classes are life changing. This is a wonderful place to disconnect, unplug and connect to your higher self. Treat your self with this gift, I promise you will come out a new person. Make sure to take garlic pills and mosquito repellents, I took both and didn’t get one mosquito bite. May you be Tao!
