This is the first of a series of 3 retreats where tuned to the energy of Autumn (VATA), we will learn how to pass from chaos to calm.
In autumn the tendency to accumulation of the space and ether elements tends to
worsen and we may manifest symptoms such as dry skin, insomnia, worry,
anxiety or fear.

YOGA – We focus on finding the balance between strength and the right amount of flexibility, and not on unnecessary flexibility that could be the cause of pain and discomfort in the long period. In this way you will avoid injuries and physical pain, and in the case of suffering you will help to remove it , acquiring enough mobility to carry all your daily activities and thus open up to new physical experiences. Depending on the abilities of each person, the classes will be personalized to allow you to get the best out of your practice.
AYURVEDA is an art of healing and a science based on a system of medicine with around 5,000 years old. it is one of the most sophisticated and powerful body-mind healing systems in the world. The science of Ayurveda is based on the principle that everything is connected, and that by working the problems from the root caused by a weak digestion and lack of adequate nutrition, we can allow the body to heal in a natural way as it is designed to do. Ayurveda classes will teach you the art of eating well to have optimal digestion, to sleep soundly and to live in harmony with nature.
