Yogi Bhajan pulled kundalini yoga out of his sleeve the second he realised the money that gullible Americans would pay for some good old orientalism. This is a product without roots, imposing on traditions they have no right to impose on.

3HO’s Solstice retreats offer something for everyone: yogis, spiritual practitioners of all kinds, Sikhs from all different backgrounds and cultures will find they are supported to renew and be strong in their own truth. I am grateful for 20 years of attending Solstice. 3HO Winter Solstice is where I discovered this path and became a Sikh and found my hearts passions. Thank you to the hard working staff of this organization for all they ways they allow people to heal and be better and more kind! Our planet needs these Solstice get togethers. Sat Nam.
