I usually don't expect much when it comes to staying at hostels - previous experience has taught me that. But this place has surpassed my expectations by far. Reda - the host - has been enormously helpful and welcoming since day 1 and is always there for you should you need anything, it was such a pleasure to meet him. The room itself was very clean and spacious, you get a locker for your valuables and the bathroom is big and just as clean. Hot water, toilet and WIFI all functioned perfectly. Compared to the other places I was staying in, this was pure luxury. The rooms have balconies with an amazing view where you can just sit and relax, additionally you have plenty of cosy seating on the rooftop terrace where you also eat breakfast and dinner. I personally only had the breakfast included and it was outstanding - various fruits and cereal, eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, bread and a selection of jams and other spreads, it's honestly more of a brunch than simple breakfast. Moving on to surfing, I'm a beginner and was surprised with my own progress within a day (catching waves by myself and standing up in the board) - which is mostly thanks to Hasan who has been an AMAZING instructor going above and beyond to help you out and give you tips and tricks on what exactly to improve up become a pro all why being one of the friendliest and most patient people I've met - all at the price of 300 dirhams (approx 30 euro), which includes 6 hours of surfing (2h lesson and the rest practicing by yourself) and lunch! It's a great bargain, believe me. Anyway, all in all I have 0 complaints and would honestly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. Until next time!
