Regardless of the physical level, age or previous movement experience. The exercises are performed under the guidance of a personal trainer or exercised in small groups. Training in a group also takes into account the personal needs of the participants. We offer different training programs at different levels (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced level). The Pilates studio features all the equipment designed by Joseph Pilates (cadillac, high chair, wunda chair, wall units, spine correctors, reformer, power circles and mats).
