The practice began its life in the early 1980’s under Mark Laslett, a well known New Zealand Physiotherapist, which has been well taken care of by Alastair Prentice until recently. Zel Wilson has recently taken over ownership of the clinic after working in the practice since 2014. The waiting area is decorated with the wonderful art of the local Intermediate school and depicts wellness and fitness. The rear area of the practice has a small gym. What is Pilates?
