Les Mills

I love les mills!! I have been members of several different gyms over the last 7yrs...joined les mills 3yrs ago and I love it!! It's the best gym I've been joined to... I was never into group fitness but these gyms have changed my mind even to the point now that I'm a qualified group fitness instructor and run bootcamps! The staff are amazing the receptionists always smile and say hello and the group fitness instructors are so motivating and informative, the classes are always different and challenging!! new lynn is my closest gym but I run huge distances so I love being able to pop to auckland city and have a soak in the spa - heaven!! I don't have one bad word to say about any of the gyms the facilities are fantastic tidy and equipment always clean and I have made so many friends!! Amazing gyms!!!

Since New Market introduced free rides, I can't book any of the classes I attended before. My local club is New Market and I can't attend any of the regular classes on a Tuesday or Thursday morning. It appears that the free rides have attracted other members from other gyms. Can you suggest anything for the regulars?
