AUCKLAND COMMUNITY YOGA Susze Susze is a REPs NZ Yoga Instructor and has been teaching full-time for the last few years. Through consistent mindfulness and yoga practice, she recovered from severe anxiety and depression. Victoria Victoria, originally from Ukraine, arrived in New Zealand over 10 years ago and it’s been her home since then. Yoga has been a part of her life for many years now. It started from a Russian internet video and body balance classes in a gym. Yoga happens beyond the mat. Anything you do with attention to how you feel, is doing yoga. Stress & Anxiety Helps to restore one’s inner balance, calm the anxious mind and cultivate self-love. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Essential oils are used to promote deep relaxation, gentle stretches with props, relaxing music, and you will leave feeling calmer and balanced after an hour session. Yoga Retreat In this 4-hour yoga retreat, we will begin our morning with a mindfulness meditation and pranayama breathing exercise before moving through a series of gentle movements. Sound Healing Sound healing works on healing the mental and emotional levels. Sound healing reduces stress, anxiety, and depression. Balancing and clearing the mind leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. Stress & Anxiety Workshops You will learn different techniques to manage stress and anxiety through helpful talks, breathing exercise and manage panic attacks, be guided through mindful movements and finish with a sound healing meditation to relax your mind and body. Workplace Yoga In our group session, we learn how to manage our stress through breathwork and mindfulness practice, gentle stretches to increase energy and decrease fatigue, meditation to improve our concentration, memory and productivity.
