Our Studio Come up the stairs to a large, light filled and welcoming reception area. This space has been designed for you to relax after class, catch up with friends before hand, or head straight through for your yoga class. We also have a selection of yoga clothing by Indigo Luna, bolsters and Meditation pillows from Globe Artichoke, and various books on Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. Our womens and mens facilities offer a clean, open changing space and showers, with fresh flowers and organic product to wash off with. Our yoga studio room is also light and spacious, providing blocks, bolsters and yoga props to support you in your practice. We hope that our friendly staff and inspiring environment will encourage you to feel at home and at ease. Our Classes Eastwest Vinyasa Our dynamic form of yoga for practitioners of all levels. The foundations of this practice are sun salutations, followed by unique and changing sequences designed to warm you into your practice, provide variety, and work your entire body building flexibility, strength and good postural alignment. We also mix in a little modern-day philosophy, allowing us to take learnings from our mat into the world and live authentic, powerful lives. Eastwest Hatha A steady yet dynamic practice. Slower than Vinyasa, with long holds and focus on the breath and moving Prana (energy). Great for all levels! Classes will include a collection of Asana (postures), and may also include Pranayama (breath work), Mantra, and/or Meditation. Eastwest Yin The perfect balance to our other ‘yang’ styles of yoga, EastWest YIN exercises the tissues of the body in a way unlike any other yoga practice. Long postures gently and safely stretch the deep connective tissue of the body, leaving joints supple and opening up energy channels in the body. Taught at room temperature, we get super-comfy with blocks, bolsters, and start the practice.
