Kohimarama This location is super handy for anyone living in the easter central suburbs! We teach here during summer and winter for the Tuesday and Thursday morning classes at 715am! WHERE WE COME TO YOU! Mobile Classes MatWorks Mobile hosts 45 minute mat classes in 3 different community centres around Auckland. These locations are, Western Springs, Onehunga and Kohimarama. In the summer months, January and February, we host most of these classes outdoors! We call this Pilates in the Park! These classes are more affordable, slightly bigger classes which you need to bring your own mat to. MOBILE CLASS STYLE Mat Classes At MatWorks Mobile we teach our signature style of mat class which will include a mixture of stretching and strengthening. We teach different exercises each week and we will always enquire what you’d like to focus on. This is an open class for all levels, abilities and ages. Pilates is for EVERYONE, whether you’re a professional athlete or a stay at home mum. Our highly qualified instructors will find the right adaptation for you. For this class you must bring your own mat. The class is 45 minutes. LOCATIONS MatWorks mobile locations all have two different locations, one for the summer months where we host almost all of our classes outdoors, and then another indoor location for the rest of the year! ABOUT US MatWorks Pilates is an open, light, beautiful Pilates Studio based within the Remuera Racquets building. We offer all forms of Pilates from Mat and Stretch classes to Reformer classes! MatWorks also run a small amount of community based classes, from 3 different Community Centres around Auckland! MatWorks Pilates try our best to stay true to Pilates as you know it, with small class numbers, heaps of personalised attention and expert instructors with loads of experience.
