Common problems such as back pain are relieved, and you will also learn breath awareness and relaxation techniques, which help to increase energy levels. About Vicki I have been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for more than 30 years, and teaching since 1992. After focusing mainly on teaching Ashtanga, I developed a strong interest in Pregnancy Yoga after the birth of my first son, Reuben. This was followed by Yoga Vinyasa and now Mum & Baby Yoga. When they were small, finding ways to include my sons in my yoga practice was both a pleasure and sometimes a necessity! It was a fun way to connect physically, strengthen our bonding as well as being healthy for our bodies. I love sharing this experience with new mums and their babies.
