Our live online classes run every weekday morning, if you cannot make the times we can send you a recording of the class so you can keep up your practice in your own home no problem. This is done by focusing on the precision of movement, concentration of the mind, feeling centred, the correct use of breath and control of the body with flowing movements. We provide a range of Pilates workouts, varied Pilates exercises and use a variety of Pilates equipment. So you never get bored with the same old routines and your body is therefore always improving. All ages and levels are welcome. Our aim is to make Pilates & fitness classes more accessible and available to everyone, regardless of age, budget or current level of fitness. ABOUT MY BODYWORKS My Bodyworks is run by Annaliese who shares her love of Pilates and fitness with others by offering small group Pilates classes and private Pilates lessons. Annaliese is a qualified Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor. Originally from the UK, Annaliese has passionately pursued certifications in Pilates, Kick boxing, barre, suspension training, spin, rehabilitation and personal training.
