We believe strongly in great communication, and the right management. We’ll tailor make a unique rehabilitation plan that’s right for you, and coach you through it to get you tracking steadily toward your goal. OUR PILATES TEAM Our Pilates team is a passionate group of enthusiastic instructors that want to educate and teach you stability, strength and flexibility through our expertly led reformer classes and private Pilates training. SIMON NOTON Director, Principal Physiotherapist Simon is a Masters trained Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience in diagnosing and successfully treating musculoskeletal issues. He has a special interest in Youth Athletes, and Sports Injuries. Simon completed his masters in 2006 and is also an advanced practitioner in Spinal Manipulative Therapy, and Western Acupuncture.
