Reformer and smaller classes are held at our home based studio and larger classes locally in Torbay and Browns bay. Our classes are tailored to consider all fitness levels and ability, focusing on small class sizes in order for you to get the most from your class. One on one Mat or Reformer sessions can be arranged to create a workout specific to your needs and goals. Classes are beneficial for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level or lifestyle. Stefanie Goder Beyond Pilates was founded by Stefanie Goder. With over 20 years of dance experience and a Diploma in Dance (elite performance) Stefanie had numerous professional contracts most recently onboard cruise ships with Princess Cruises and P&O Australia. Now settled down into life in New Zealand like many professional dancersStefanie has made the natural progression into teaching Pilates. As Pilates complements dance so well Stefanie studied the method as a student for many years before completing her instructor training with Polestar Pilates. Polestar Pilates is the only internationally recognised certification in New Zealand. Stefanie’s favourite thing about teaching Pilates is seeing people move beyond the boundaries they have set themselves. and walking out of the class feeling like they have really achieved something.
