Since then, the teaching of TM has spread in countries around the globe through non-profit educational organisations and foundations. Our Mission – He Whakaaro TM for Women offers courses especially for women, addressing health, education, and professional and personal development issues. Our goal is to make a positive impact on women’s lives, across every woman and age group in Aotearoa New Zealand. We aim to: Nourish by teaching a woman how to access the silent field of pure consciousness deep within her mind — an ocean of stillness, energy, creativity, intelligence and happiness within.
