Welcome Yoga to ground, energise and nourish… supporting you through challenging times Sarah is an experienced teacher who has been guiding yoga classes for 8 years. Classes are based on the traditional techniques of yoga, combined with western understanding of how yoga strengthens the nervous system and provides tools for a more contented, resilient life. All classes are on, please contact Sarah to book a space if you are a new student. Classes usually have a theme for greater individual focus, and are modified for all bodies and needs. The pace is moderate to slow, and there is plenty of opportunity to pause, breathe and tune inwards. Inclusivity and non-judgement are both applied diligently so no one leaves class feeling inadequate. Simple movements, postures and sequences are woven together with breath and awareness to leave you feeling more embodied, self-aware, self-compassionate and resourced for life. Tuesdays 6.30pm - 7.45pm EMBODIED FLOW Drop in to embodied awareness as you tune into your body, breath and internal sensations. A flowing yoga practice designed to ease jangled nerves and enhance breath capacity. Move through flowing sequences and finish with still longer holds and relaxation. Thursdays SLOW & MINDFUL 9.15 - 10.30am Take your practice deeper, nourishing your nervous system by staying true to the principles of slow mindful movement.
