Welcome to Yoga West. Our boutique yoga studio is nestled amongst the natural beauty of West Auckland's Titirangi, offering a full schedule including Vinyasa, Yin, Slow-Flow, Pregnancy and Beginners yoga. We also offer courses in Mums and Bubs and Basics yoga. Providing a space for a peaceful retreat amongst the fast paced city life, our vision is to offer a practical and accessible approach to an ancient Eastern tradition. We have free mat and equipment use and limit our class numbers, so each and every student gets that well deserved special attention. Our hand picked collective of teachers will take you through a mindful practice and guide you on the way to finding your calm. Yoga West is West Auckland's newest yoga studio, situated in the beautiful leafy village of Titirangi. This calming urban retreat will encourage you to stay connected to your centre and your natural presence, while in the midst of daily life. At Yoga West, we offer a variety of yoga styles and classes and warmly welcome all students - from those seeking to try yoga for the first time, to seasoned yogis wanting to inspire a regular practice. All our teachers have undertaken the highest quality training and are passionate about sharing the healthful benefits of yoga.
