Hello, what a crazy time it is in the world right now as we all try to adjust to the ever-changing new ‘normal’ of our day to day routines. Let’s hope this year brings us some positive change, as we are once again called to trust the process. The Sweat Life Studio was sadly without notice closed to us at the end of September 2020, so as we look ahead for new opportunities I am fortunate to be able to offer a Saturday morning and Tuesday afternoon class above Piko Wholefoods. I heartily thank you for all your continued kindness, support and patience. I feel so deeply grateful that the community I set out to create has been what inspires me through every encounter and friendship and for whom all my learning and showing up will always be for.
