I am also a Certified Universal Healing Tao Instructor (Mantak Chia) and I have studied different styles of Qigong under masters Robert Peng, John Platt, Kele Baker, Nick Loffree and Tony Galis. I teach an easy to understand, practical style of Qigong based on the principles of moving with the breath, with intention, relaxation and flow.
