We are a boutique reformer pilates studio welcoming all levels of fitness and ages. Reformer pilates is a full body workout that is designed to lengthen, strengthen and tone the muscles in your body. It is both a physical and mental challenge. CLASSES BEGINNERS A full body workout that includes props and resistance equipment. These classes are a great way to get familiar with the reformer and perfect your form, balance strength and flexibility. We recommend everyone new to the reformer begins at this level and progresses to the intermediate classes where it becomes more intense and is a faster paced workout. INTERMEDIATE Intermediate classes are a challenging full body workout involving props and resistance equipment. You will need strength, control and co-ordination to complete an intense workout of toning and lengthening muscles in a small class environment. PRE & POST NATAL Pre & Postnatal classes taught by our Women’s Health physio Grace are designed to increase strength in your pelvic floor, abdominals and back muscles to support your baby as it grows and to assist with your postnatal recovery. Prior to your first class with us at Grounded we ask that you please book a quick free pre-class assessment with Grace via the Physio booking page. PRIVATE/SEMI PRIVATE Private & Semi Private sessions are for those that prefer a more personable approach to their workout.
