Two taken too early but who impacted on my change of direction to be here still now on this continuing journey A Room to Breathe Yoga Studio Established 2005 Classes and Time Table Class Details Classes – 7 classes a week (see timetable) All classes include Breathing, Meditation (Relaxation) and Movement (strength and flexibility) As you have to register, I know who is coming to the class (the class therefore worked around the students) rather than give the class a set name, as often this may detour others from attending. Limit of 14 per class allowing space for equipment if in use and also and also teacher attention. Private Individual Teaching – Variation in movement or to encourage a strong home practice Yoga Therapy – specific for injuries (past, post or present) Weight Management Fitness Life Style Balance Class Description All classes are based on Hatha Yoga Suitable to all levels Hatha allows for a balance of strength and flexibility Upcoming workshops – Yoga Nidra – Relaxation Meditation combined with the earthly sounds and vibrations from a variation of instruments.
