Lesson style will vary depending on your needs but all will focus on supporting physical and emotional wellbeing. Focuses can include; joint mobility, maintaining bone-density, flexibility, support during menstruation or menopause, managing stress or anxiety, and maintaining general health. **No classes running currently. Available on request** Join me for a community class catering for all ages and abilities. Each week we will explore a slightly different focus and associated series of postures. Hips, inversions, restorative, shoulders, heart openers, breathing muscles and techniques, twists - each will be explained as I lead you through the practice. Each class will focus on alignment to generate the maximum benefits out of each posture. A simple guided breathing exercise or meditation will start each class. Corporate Classes On Request I provide classes tailored to the corporate environment. I am available to teach classes on-site before work or during the lunch hour. One-off or regular sessions available. Yoga for Climbers Yoga is a tool which can be used to help improve a climbers ability. In Beta Yoga classes, we will use variations on traditional yoga postures to specifically target a climbers physique. Areas of focus: shoulder opening and mobility movement and flexibility in the hip joint releasing tension in the neck and body releasing the pump in forearms
