Our Christchurch yoga classes are for beginners and every Yogi because we offer Yoga for body and mind! We also adjust continuously and offer variations to match your needs as best as possible. The style is intuitive and gentle with a challenging edge for healthy expansion. Our emphasis is on making the practice comfortable and enjoyable for you! The sessions usually start with a good warm-up, then a sequence of 'Yoga for the Mind' and also provide a guided deep relaxation at the end of our physical part of the session and we round it off with a 10-minute meditation. Our sessions are like a mini-retreat and the in-person classes go for 2 hours.
