When we become caught up in the rush of life then we need a little time to take a step out, move into stillness focus on the now and just be.
Just a little time put aside for your yoga practice brings numerous benefits both physically and mentally. Stress affects us in every way - mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. By practicing yoga regularly we release this tension and stress and increase levels of positivity. Breathing Space Yoga and Meditation Class Saturday 3rd September at 10.30pm to 1.30pm. Relax & re-charge with the practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra & mantra. Class cost £25. I have been practising yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2004. I started practising yoga in my journey for deeper meaning to life and to increase my inner peace and contentment. I have found that as well as this, practising yoga reduces stress levels and is the best gift I can give to my body, improving my health at every level.
I first practiced yoga at home over 18 years ago and went to my first yoga class in 2000 I instantly knew this was the right path for me as I began to feel the many benefits for body, mind and spirit! Since then I have been taught by some amazing yoga and meditation teachers. With the encouragement of my first teacher and fellow yoga students I decided to go on to train as a yoga and meditation teacher to share my great love for yoga practice! I look forward to seeing you at class!
