Since 1999, Balanced Body Studio has been committed to offering the highest standards for developing total mind-body-spirit health and conditioning, specializing in Pilates, Gyrotonic®, and Gyrokinesis®.

With more than 20 classes each week, the studio offers a variety of classes and schedules to cater to the different needs and preferences of our clients. Classes are open to men and women of all ages regardless of fitness level and movement experience.
