Fit to Live (FTL) is new pilates studio in BGC offering wide set of equipments with very knowledgeable instructors and picture worthy interiors. They listen, address your concerns and keep track of your progress to help you achieve the level of fitness that you aspire especially for those with back problems. FTL has great customer service with very accommodating staffs which makes it not just a studio but a home for fitness. I highly recommend this place. FTL is located in Park West Condominium beside Grand Hyatt. Look for the building with Starbucks.

The studio is located behind Grand Hyatt. Look for the building with a 7-eleven and Starbucks. Fit to Live is on the 2nd level of that biilding.

Fit to Live Pilates Studio is a true manifestation of its name i.e. helping you "fit to live" by providing routines that will help you strengthen your core. Location is very much accessible to professional junkies who'd like to release sweat after a long day of work. Instructions from trainors are easy to understand and they are helpful enough to guide you every step of the way. Their equipment are in mint condition, you'll never feel filthy using them coz they are well sanitized and well maintained. Definitely enjoyed my first class here in the fit to live pilates studio. Despite our group being first timers, the instructor patiently guided and assisted us while showing how fun it is to be body conscious and fit at the same time. Highly recommended! Will surely go back here with my friends :)
