This community provides a healing and friendly environment to help you with your goals. ​ We offer a variety of 35 and 60-minute classes to help you destress, find balance and reconnect with yourself amidst the chaos of our daily life ABOUT THE FOUNDER Ia Hernandez is a registered Vinyasa yoga teacher since 2018 and is the founder of IA Yoga Studio, a community built by yoga enthusiasts within Paranaque, Philippines. ​ ​Her mission is to make yoga more accessible to everyone, and that prompted her to open a community space where people can practice and learn about yoga. ​ She took up her 200-hour teacher training at Yoga+ and has since been teaching private and community yoga sessions, guiding students to manage stress and find a deeper connection with their bodies. Ia is an athlete and an advocate of health and fitness, and is passionate about sharing her love for yoga and movement to her community of over 200 members.
