One Flow offers a wide variety of classes to suit every individual. For beginners who would like to get a feel of what yoga, we offer the Hatha Class. For those who want to master the fluid synchronization of their breathing with every movement, we offer the Vinyasa Class. And then there is the Ashtanga Class, a faster-paced, more rigorous yoga exercise, which is often referred to as “power yoga.†Since we believe that yoga should be a holistic practice, we teach more than just asana poses as we offer the Meditation Class. This is for those who want to learn the healing and calming effects of spiritual introspections. Operating on the belief that everybody deserves to benefit from yoga, One Flow also has the Karma Yoga Class which is offered at budget-friendly prices, and at times, even for free.
