I am glad to welcome you to the official website of the Russian public organization Russian Federation of Yoga - a community of people walking along the path of physical self-improvement, self-mastering traditions and spiritual practices. We conduct seminars, festivals and marathons on yoga, yoga championships in sports, preparing teaching materials on the history and practice of yoga, train trainers and yoga instructors.

School yoga instructors - the first organization in the country, training programs which have been certified standard YTTC-100, -200, -500 (Yoga Teacher Training Course - International training program for yoga teachers) and registered with the Yoga Alliance International Worldwide (India), Yoga Alliance International (France), European Union of yoga Association and the international yoga Federation (international yoga Federation) and the yoga Alliance USA (US yoga Alliance), which enables school leavers without any examination test to get diplomas and get into the registers of the largest international organizations.

It is a community of people walking along the path of physical self-improvement, self-mastering traditions and spiritual practices. We conduct seminars, festivals and marathons on yoga, yoga championships in sports, preparing teaching materials on the history and practice of yoga, teach yoga instructors and teachers in our school of yoga instructors.

The basic principle of the Federation is the observance of the trinity: the harmonious upbringing of the spiritual, intellectual and physical principles in man. Yogis are regardless of gender, age, religion, occupation. Yogi (yogi) can be every one of us.

The main aim of the Federation is to study and transfer of customs and other yoga practices in all their diversity, the impact of the asanas on the body, as well as oriental medicine and Ayurveda, the ancient foundations of development and self-education of man. The area of interest is not only the traditional areas of study yoga, but its achievements in sport in the world, modern and other options.

In other words, the Federation aims to:

• Promotion and development of yoga by any means which the Federation deems appropriate;
• Strengthening friendly relations between the centers, schools, federations, as well as their trainers and officials by organizing meetings, events, training seminars in order to exchange experiences, and provide all means of support for yoga instructors, which it considers acceptable;
• Implementation of the members of the Federation for control of all areas in order to prevent violation of the Statutes, regulations or rules of teaching, learning established by the federation;
• Preventing the introduction of perverse, and other methods of hiding under the guise of Yoga
• Integration into the global yoga community by participating in various international associations, forums and other events.
