In this retreat is a rare opportunity to explore and deepen your yoga practice with two highly experienced and certified Yoga Teachers through a holistic and integrative approach. Each day will have meditation, as well as a talk for each of the energy centers, a Kundalini yoga class (focused every day on a different chakra), and a Hatha Yoga Class. Working on the physical, mental, and spiritual levels.
Situated in the middle of coconut estates and sand dunes at a private beach on the Indian Ocean, you will be surrounded by an abundance of nature and endless beach walks. All activities during the retreat are organized with your health and happiness in mind.
Each class will consist of experienced yoga and meditation instructors to ensure you are given plenty of attention and support. Prices include luxury accommodation, three meals per day, all yoga classes, breath work, meditation sessions, and optional workshops.
