Loved the simplicity of the Bentota Ayurveda Center, located in beautiful sunny Bentota, the place is very welcoming and Lakmal, the owner, is very friendly. Without me telling what my ailment was, he explained after I had the back massage done. Very professional and using therapeutic massages with 100 % natural and effective products . Best place in Bentota to heal and renew ! Absolutely recommend Lakmal and his ayurvedic center. Lovely and peaceful location as well ! Thumbs up ...

Like every year I am in Sri Lanka for an Ayurvedic treatment. Today, after analyzing various structures and thank to his rewards, I wanted to satisfay my curiosity. i had a surgery in oktober and still have some problems. So I tried this healthy therapist. I had a 2 hours full treatment, and was astonished that someone you never saw before, could practice such a good treatment. Lakmal is truly unique. He manages treating painful areas without have to explain where they are. I feel like a new person. All I can do is going back and recommend it. thanks so much Lakmal.

My experience in this place was fantastic!everything :) i did the package with doctor and "sirodhara". I felt very confortable with all of them.the doctor is a women and a men did the "siroddhara"experience with the massage.was amazing.if u want to live a true experience of ayurveda, go there, relax and enjoy!!

I contacted Laxmal via WhatsApp before my visit, he was very accommodating and helpful with my questions about which option best suits. The massage received (full body - plus head) was just out of this world. Pure bliss. I’ve never felt so de-stressed after a massage! Recommend this Ayurvedic centre, he wasn’t pushy. There are many others nearby, who will push you to go with them. Stick with Bentota Ayurveda centre and you can’t go wrong!!

I found Bentota Ayurveda Center from Trip Advisor and decided to use because of all the great reviews from its clients. The Center didn’t disappoint me. Lakmal was great in communication and made arrangements to pick me and drop me off with a safe Tuk Tuk driver. Nayana was the Massouse who gave me a 2 hour wonderful full body massage. The ambience was peaceful and quiet. Wonderful surroundings. When I return to Sri Lanka I will sure to have another massage with them. I highly recommend this center. Thank you Lakmal and Nayana.

Brilliant two hour massage experience with therapists Shiromi and Nayana. The shirodhara and scalp massages were particularly blissful! I contacted Lakmal by WhatsApp to arrange the appointment and he also collected and dropped us off back at our hotel in a tuk tuk for free. The whole experience was seamless. Avoid overpriced and inauthentic hotel massages and visit here instead :)

Recently visited Bentota and was desperate for a relaxing time. Read all the reviews for Bentota Ayurveda Center and quickly booked. Must say I was not disappointed, booked in for a 100minute shirodhara, full body massage. The treatment was fantastic ! Booking and pickup with Lakmal was super easy and quick! Would highly recommend for anyone after a relaxing time without all the fuss of fancy spa houses. Thanks Lakmal and team.

We booked the three day package which is excellent value for the 3-4 hours of treatment you receive each day. We had an Initial consultation with Dr.Urasha and then massage with therapists Nayana and Shithru who were all fantastic. Wonderful authentic Aryuveda treatments - I’d highly recommend a visit.

We found this place on trip advisor, looked at the website and decided to book. From making contact via WhatsApp (number on website) to being picked up from hotel and having the treatment the whole experience was seamless. We booked in for two hours for the Shirodhara, Face , Foot , Body Treatment. I had experienced the Shirodhara in Bali and was keen to do it again, but it wasn’t something my partner had done before but was up for trying. For both of us it was a thoroughly relaxing experience (other half nodded off). The staff were fantastic, really friendly and great communication - we even had a WhatsApp message to stay our driver was in his way to pick us up from our hotel. If spending time in this part of Sri Lanka, it’s well worth a visit.
