staff and fellow yogis and surfers. We made lots of friends and had a great time at the cafe( we loved music, movie and karaoke nights) and the pool. Also we got a discount because my wife was ill for two days and couldn't attend yoga and surfing. Not everyone would be that nice. Thank you guys for everything.

Value for money seems considerably better/cheaper if you don't book a package and pay for rooms and classes separately. The breakfast is very good.
The classes are very informative.
The best restaurant I found was "the change restaurant" about 10 mins walk left.
The bugs are horrid. Deet didn't deter them. The place needs more organisation, knowing when classes were running seemed to be by asking various staff.

I went here for the morning yoga with my friends. The instructor did a good job, but the place could use some new equipments, the yoga mats were pretty dirty and used.. All in all I think 1.500 rupee is a bit too much for this yoga class.

My wife and myself enjoyed Mirissa, but were somewhat disappointed with our choice for accommodation. I do, however, acknowledge that we may not fall in the typical target market for this accommodation, as most of the travelers around us fit a more millennial description.
The host was friendly and helpful at times. There were a couple of times that we couldn't find any staff to clean our room. Room was not cleaned for 4 days.
Breakfast was good. Location fairly central.

Relaxed and chilled place in a good location.
However, the staff seemed lazy, bothered and did not provide any service whatsoever. They couldn’t answer simple questions about the laundry service that they should provide and one couldn’t even answer what the breakfast times were. Everything took ages and they seemed like they really didn’t care.
We got some really bad, itchy scratches during the night of our stay and heard of other guests saying the same. Don’t know if this was due to bed bugs or mosquitoes coming into the room as there is huge gaps in the door frames.
Wouldn’t come back here.

I had the most memorable surf and yoga experience at Surf & Yoga Mirissa. The uniqueness of this surf camp lies in the hands of super friendly staff. The positive vibes and big smiles on their face is just enough to make your day. Besides the breakfast was just what I was looking for after a hefty surf session in the morning. I highly recommend you to visit Mirissa and stay at Surf & Yoga Mirissa.

I stayed at Surf & Yoga mirissa for 7 nights package, it was a fantastic experience. Well organised surf trips in the morning and beautiful sunset yoga in the afternoons. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a surf and yoga experience on a budget :)You can meet many nice people if you're travelling solo. Priyal and the boys create a great atmosphere for the guests to enjoy!
