With the help of Ashtanga yoga, you build up your strength and flexibility both physically and mentally, increase your presence and improve your breathing. Ashtang yoga is structured in a specific flow and order with sun salutations and standing, sitting and closing positions. The focus is to move in step with the breath, and direct the attention inward. Mysore Style means that you do yoga at your own pace, according to your own breathing and according to your own conditions. It doesn't matter if you have long or short experience, with us everyone practices according to their own ability and the teacher goes around the room and assists you personally according to your conditions and for your individual development. After a semester course, you have many classes on our schedule to choose from. We like Mysore Style so much that we have Mysore Style classes both morning and evening in both of our two studios in Birkastan and on Kungsholmen . We have intensive courses for Mysore Style called Pre-Mysore Style if you want to rehearse and get more help learning the positions by heart, it is suitable for those who have taken a beginner's course.
