We have yoga for all ages, minds and bodies, both for those who want to do yoga once in a while and for those who want to do yoga mostly all the time. With over 20 classes on the schedule in Ashtanga yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yinyoga, Kundalini yoga, Restorative yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Flow, Slow Flow, Pregnancy yoga, Mother & Child yoga, Children's yoga and Teen yoga, we hope you can find something that suits you. We also have 8-week courses in Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion and Self-care courses for women as well as a variety of wonderful retreats. You are welcome to attend our classes in one of our premises or if it suits you better; stay at home but still join via Zoom.
