Yoga mindfulness belongs to Raja yoga and follows the original principles of Patanjali. The physical exercises are taken from Hatha yoga. The roots of Yoga and mindfulness are found in the ancient Indian scriptures of the Vedas. There is a moving process going on in everyone's life and in everything, and it expresses itself as longing in us. This process is completed with yoga. Yoga is a Sanskrit word meaning union. Mindfulness is a mental state of total presence that can be achieved with the help of various methods in yoga.
