As the years go by, it's easy to just work on and forget about yourself. You don't have to be older to feel this way; even young people dive into jobs and everyday routines with the risk of eventually feeling more or less empty. What can you then do to find yourself back, increase your self-esteem and feel better? Easy to forget yourself The older we get, the more layers we can be said to consist of. Layers that make up who we feel we are; layers that come from other people's perceptions and opinions about us, our own opinions about us, upbringing, events that shape us and much more.
