Taiji is a system of exercises with the aim of taking consciousness deeper in order to approach and get to know the soul, the part of us that exists beyond the limitations of the physical body in time and space. It is a time-tested system with millennia-old roots that leans toward an unchanged deeper reality of a greater context beyond our temporary ideas of what we and life are. In the depths of our being, the soul calls us, but most often we do not listen, but instead allow ourselves to be lost in the demands and distractions of outer life. It has never been easy, but the possibility has always been there, to actively choose to follow the still voice of the soul. Taiji is a practical tool for this purpose.
