The business has existed since 1994 and we offer courses in Medical and Dynamic Hatha Yoga. Choose between 9 different courses/week during the semesters - we have Drop-in passes in between. We have passports in Högberga and Torsvik . The yoga studio in Högberga has underfloor heating. A distinctive feature of Medical Hatha Yoga is that the exercises are performed slowly, which gives the body a chance to slow down and release stress deeply. Many physical problems are caused precisely by stress, so it is important to process the cause of the problem. Medical HathaYoga helps to heal injuries faster, as the body's own healing ability is stimulated, while you get a local stimulation when you exercise the part of the body that has an injury - the right way. This specific Yoga affects the internal organs (heart, intestines, liver etc.) medically and stimulates the pituitary gland and hormones etc. This happens when you do the Yoga exercises (often twisted, twisted and bent positions) and add deep breathing, relaxation and meditation. We mostly work with the small muscle groups – those that are rarely used, but are needed to support the large muscle groups. There are usually alternatives in each exercise, so that you can practice them, even if you feel limited in your body, perhaps by stiffness or by an injury. You not only work with your physique in Yoga, but also mentally and emotionally and can thereby change your attitude to your possible problems - on all levels. You get mental training - through the concluding meditation. Yoga works just as well for you who have no ailments/injuries and you can take this course to build yourself up preventively.
