In addition, yoga is a great source of movement joy and energy! When I am completely present in my body through movement, I feel fantastic. Yoga takes me there. Through the conscious breaths, body and mind can become one. Too often we don't listen to our body, but as we learn to become more and more responsive to its signals to us, almost all of our answers are found here. The yoga movements are great as a framework, and I, as a teacher, am there as a guide and inspirer, and I want to encourage you to feel in yourself first. You are always welcome just as you are, there is never a requirement for performance in my classes. Curiosity is one of my main driving forces that has led me to try many different forms of yoga and I regularly attend various yoga workshops, courses and trainings to absorb new knowledge and gain more perspectives. 2.5 years ago I followed my dream and went to Bali to train as a yoga teacher. I have a 200 hour basic training in Vinyasa flow, certified according to Yoga Alliance, through Shades of yoga.
