The team of teachers
The Sivananda Yoga Centre is headed by Swami Sivadasananda, a disciple of long standing of the founder Swami Vishnudevananda, with over 25 years experience in teaching Yoga. On site a team of approximately 15 professors graduated by the Sivananda Vedanta International Yoga Centers ensure an authentic teaching.
What we teach
a yoga is a series of postures (asanas) that helps you to release muscle tension and develops strength, flexibility and fitness. The breathing exercises (pranayama) increase the vital force. Relaxation exercises are the basis for rest and inner bliss.
