MUKTI provides you with on-site group and private yoga sessions that specifically serve for student(s) to have a balanced life. We also assist the student(s) to understand ways to practice process of healing and managing any chronic disease and/or pain. Our Yoga sessions allow the teacher to see the student through all the layers of the body. We incorporate meditation, Pranayama (breathing), Yoga Nidra, guided meditation and Asanas (postures). The duration of each session varies between 60 and 180 min. Group Yoga Classes Group Yoga allows friends to learn and grow in their yoga practice in a small group setting with individualized instruction. Teacher will provide alignment, posture and important modifications specific to the student. Sessions are 60 – 90 minutes long. Private Yoga Classes For students beginning the practice of yoga and those seeking a more individualized instruction, we will be offering one-on-one classes where the teacher will provide alignment, posture and important modifications specific to the students
