How I became a Yoga Master Trainer:
I first started to work at Living Fit in Bangkok, Thailand as a Fitness Instructor. While in the probation time, The Fitness Manager indicated that everyone must have 2 classes per week for the group exercise time table. I felt pressure, because I didnâ€™t like aerobic dancing. Certainly I couldnâ€™t teach aerobic dance. Yoga was the best choice for me at that time. I said to everyone â€œI will teach Yoga for group exerciseâ€.
I have been practicing yoga since 1999, having first started to study Hatha yoga with Ajaan Jullawat (Guru Wat) at Living Fit, Bangkok, Thailand. Guru Wat is very famous yoga teacher in Bangkok. Guru Wat studied Traditional yoga from, Nepal and Tibet. Guru Wat has taught yoga for fitness for 20 years and is still teaching yoga for fitness.
I then took a one-year intensive yoga teacher training with Guru Wat. I began teaching Yoga for fitness in 2000, having retired as a Fitness Instructor. From January of 2000 I have worked as a freelance Yoga Instructor in Bangkok.
Jimmy completed first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course with Master Paalu Ramasemy in KL. Malaysia. Jimmy continues to learn more Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with David Swenson and went to Mysore, for learn with Saraswathi Jois and Sri R. Sharath Jois at Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Institute(Mysore,). Jimmy still continues to learn and develop his yoga technique with famous yoga gurus from around the world at several yoga workshop and international yoga conference.
Jimmy is a first Thai people registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT), international registered yoga teacher with International Yoga Federation (IRYT). Currently Jimmy is a secretary of International Yoga Federation for Thailand. Jimmy works as Yoga course director (Fitness Innovations Thailand) and Yoga course director at Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course by Jimmy Yoga, Jimmy has been teaching course Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher training for several yoga teachers in Thailand, Jimmy still run yoga workshops and teaches yoga at a number of fitness, health clubs and yoga studios in Bangkok Thailand.

The Pilates Studio is a fully equipped studio in which we offer a variety of classes by professional instructors in a warm and friendly environment, situated in Bangkok CBD on Phloenchit road. Since its establishment in 2005, the studio introduces the utmoststandards in Pilates classes: mat, apparatus, Fit Ball, Pre & Post Natal, Physical Therapy to name a few as well as many interesting workshops which are offered on a monthly basis.
