It provides well Qualified & Experienced master & guest lecturers. It works seven days a week. Workshops on different topics also been conducted such as Kriyas, Jala Neti & sutra Neti, Happy Yoga, Friendly Yoga etc. Classes are conducted here in Group specific schedule set for each week and Personal training for individual on their convenient timings. Schedule contains 4 classes each day, more than different verities of class are taught every week. With more than 15 years teaching experience and is the Founder of Spirit Yoga Studio Chiangmai, Thailand. Teaching Yoga in different places, his lessons are traditional practices & knowledge gained by Guruji Dr. Basavaraj Hadagli and father Mr. Mahadev Jagatap. With his profound knowledge he has created his very own unique ways and techniques of teaching.His teaching involves step by step practice of Asana (Postures), Pranayama (Breathing), Mudra (Gestures), Bandha (Locks), Kriya and Karma (Cleaning Process).
