The Yoga Tree for Wellness has its roots in Chiang Mai, Thailand. After successful 10 years of holding and managing a yoga center and a studio in Chiang Mai, we are now focusing on collaborating in beautiful locations in the UK and Thailand. Our vision is to continue to cultivate body-mind-spirit wellness within ourselves and those we work with through embodied movement practices, mindfulness and conscious dialogue. About Areeradh Areerdh K Tri-siddha (Areerat Kaewkla) is an experienced yoga teacher and trainer, a British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher, and a yoga CPD provider registered with Yoga Alliance. Areeradh has been teaching since 2008 in the UK and Thailand. While managing her own yoga centre in Northern Thailand 2011-2020, Areeradh has founded DANCEmandala Moving Meditation Practice and has led over 17 cycles of facilitators and teacher training in the past 10 years. Born in Thailand and currently living in the UK with her family. Immersions and Workshop From 2 hours to 10 days period, our immersions offer focussed space just for you to dive into your chosen experience to explore and harness deeper connection to the core of being – being in presence, in beauty, creativity, expansion, and with a rejuvenating sense of well-being. Mindfulness Meditation Join us online and in-person for regular guided meditation in sitting stillness. We practice breath awareness (Anapanasti) and insight meditation (Vipassana).
